Delivery prices

Treats 4 Squeaks will offer a delivery service for all its products, providing customers with the convenience of receiving their purchases directly to the door. This service will be offered at a fixed price (orders over £25 free). PLEASE NOTE: POSTAL PRICES WILL INCREASE WITHOUT NOTICE IN LINE WITH ROYAL MAIL.

Parcel shipping costs:

  • Standard delivery: £3.55

All parcels will be posted using Tracked 48

Expected delivery times: 3-5 working days

If there are any delays expected, Treats 4 Squeaks will notify you.

Returns & Refunds

At Treats 4 Squeaks, I care deeply about the wellbeing of your pets and the quality of the items you choose for them. I want every order to arrive safely, meet your expectations, and bring a little joy to your small animals. If something isn’t right, I’ll always do my best to help.

Below you’ll find clear information about returns, refunds, & what to do if something arrives damaged or faulty.

Food, Treats & Natural Products

Because my food items are natural & intended for animal consumption, they cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, you are always protected if something arrives damaged, spoiled, or faulty.

If this happens, please email info@treats4squeaks.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Your order number

- Clear photos of the issue

- A brief description of what went wrong

I’ll assess the problem and offer a refund or replacement where appropriate.

A note on natural products

All natural food items are frozen before dispatch to reduce the risk of mites. I recommend freezing them again for 48–72 hours before feeding, as an extra precaution.

If you ever have questions about ingredients, storage, or suitability for your pet, I’m always happy to help.

Accessories, Enrichment Items & Name Signs

These items can be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty.

To help me resolve the issue quickly, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with:

- Photos of the damage

- Your order number

- Whether you’d prefer a refund or replacement

If the item is faulty, I will cover the cost of putting it right.

Personalised items

Custom name signs and personalised pieces are made to order. Because of this, they can only be refunded if they arrive damaged or faulty.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about an accessory or non‑food item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is:

- Unused

- In its original condition

- In its original packaging

In these cases, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Once the item is received and checked, I’ll issue a refund for the product cost.

Food items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Make a Return

- Email info@treats4squeaks.com with your order number and reason for return

- I’ll confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions

- Post the item back using your preferred courier (unless faulty)

- Once received, I’ll process your refund or replacement promptly
