Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Treats 4 Squeaks. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges work.
1. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you can return unopened, unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility for change of mind returns unless the item is faulty.
To be eligible for a return:
the item must be unused and in its original condition
packaging must be intact
enrichment items must not have been offered to pets
Once returned and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
2. Food Items (Botanicals, Treats & Edibles)
For safety and hygiene reasons, food items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable unless there is a fault or quality issue.
If you believe something is wrong with a food item, please email info@treats4squeaks.com within 48 hours with:
your order number
a description of the issue
clear photo evidence of the item and its packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
3. Accessories (Toys, Enrichment Items & Non‑Food Products)
Accessories can be replaced if they arrive broken or damaged.
If there is an issue, please email info@treats4squeaks.com within 48 hours with:
your order number
a brief description of the problem
clear photo evidence of the damage and packaging
After reviewing the photos, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns on:
any item that has been opened, used, or offered to pets
food items (unless faulty as above)
custom or personalised items
clearance items marked as non‑returnable
This ensures all products remain safe and uncontaminated for small animals.
5. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges on unused items. Once the original item is returned and inspected, we’ll send the replacement. Any price difference will be refunded or invoiced as needed.
7. Returning an Item
To start a return, please contact us first so we can provide the correct return details.
Items must be returned in suitable protective packaging. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
8. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.
9. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the standard returns process applies.
